Transmission/Bellhousing ID

On this Ebay auction for an Aussie X-Flow with automatic transmission:

It obviously isn't a C-4. Is this the Borg Warner automatic transmission?
It looks like an aluminum bellhousing. Did the B-W tranny come with an iron bellhousing?

That is mine actually 8) (along with the other 2 crossflows I have on thier now too..)

It's a Borg Warner, and be happy to get you all the numbers off the tag on the trans if you like as well

It's either a BW35 or BW40. They both had cast alloy bellhousings. Only the C4 had the cast iron bell in Oz six-cylinder autos.

It's got the AC/alternator bracket on it...
