triple weber jetting

When I originally ordered my 34's, the big "C" sent me 3 carbs that were to be matched. One of them had a smaller air corrector than the other 2. I was told to run that in my main carb-that one seems to run rich just off throttle so I'm thinking that it's pulling too much fuel-should I open that one up to match the other two? Problem # 2 is that the car does not start easily when it's hot out and the engine has been run-vapor lock? I can restart with some cranking and I thought the webers had a valve to guard against that? I know that with low fuel pressure, vapor lock can be a problem-also thought about boiling in the bowls due to header heat, but that may be grasping at straws! Thanx all in advance! Oh yeah, I did rejet the carbs-almost forgot.
