Dam, No head gasket problems ? Do you Guys O-ring the head and or the block?
With 24 Psi are you running a intercooler? What kind of RWHP are you at?
I had no Idea you could get much past 10psi on a gasser like the 200-250 I-6
Please teach me !!!

No O-ring, stock factory gasket and bolts (head never been off when i got the project started)

oohh yes these sixes love boost and if i remember correctly linc is running that boost on a stock motor

Yeah, if I had been more carefull and not detonated it (broke some rings lands) I could have pushed it a bit more. Bone stock 1982 engine with 100 something thousand miles on it.

I had to get it running again in a hurry, so I pounded some pistons out of a block that had been sitting outside, got the rings freed up, dropped them in, (yes, you read that right) then went to the track and clicked off the time in my sig.

I ran 7-10psi but unhooked the waste gate once and saw 18, that was with my old setup. I bought an upgraded version of lincs turbo. The only problems I had from the turbo are traction... which I solved with an 8" rear and now slicks. I didn't have an intercooler with the 7-10 but now I have a pretty hefty one.

10 psi
no intercooler
t3 garrett super 60: .48 a/r turbine--68 trim, .42 a/r compressor--60 trim
pushing thru holley 2V 350cfm mod'd for boost
Walbro GSL392 inline elec. pump
93 octane
Aeromotive 13-301 bypass regulator, 3/8" feed and 1/2" return
DSII dizzy mod'd for 10 degrees mech advance only, base timing set @ 14*
Super stock Accel coil
AR-33 racing plugs, gapped at 0.025"

That's what I have on this 200 inline of mine...All I know is that it makes for one hell of a ride!
