yeah turbo t70 is on. i did the remote set up.... i have to say..... weak... totality not what i expected..... i really thought id get some off the line torque.... not so.... the truck revs fast... but no real difference..... i expected alot more then i got.....i tested it while towing..... much better.... but stilll slow.... i put 24lbs injectos in it.... helped with the fmu and the studders..., but still weak... i think i should change the cam and see what happens, what do you guys think?

Give us a clue.
What exactly did you do to what?
With less than no information about the vehicle it's pretty tough to diagnose a problem.

Did you use a genuine T70 or one of the cheap ebay chinese "Super T-70" turbos? (NOT THE SAME as a T70) Those usually have huge exhaust housings.

You need a wideband air/fuel ratio gauge to get it tuned. Period.

Ya what Linc's said! Sounds like your hot side housing is to large.
But we need some more info to help you out!

i would check all of the piping and make sure there are no leaks and also get a boost gauge and see when and how much boost you are getting

i used the cheap t70 knock off.... probably a bad chose.... as far as i can tell no leaks from the piping to the intake.... boost is at almost 6psi.... i have a air/fuel mix gauge on it.... when i get around 3000 rpm... it starts to shake a bit....i have not messed with the timing yet, and when i bought the truck it had both tanks full of 87 octane.... I do think the exhaust hosing it to big. spols a little slows... but i have seen this same turbo used on a 2.6 starion with no problems....so i dont know.... I have alot of repair work to do now on my set up...i was out tuning it last night and the oild line from the turbo burst on me....so..

i feel ok because i had all the parts lying around home....so im not it it for that much $$$... but im thinking about taking it off and going a different direction. Im not sure if any of you have heard of a place called wynjammer.com.... looks kind cool... wouldnt mind trying one one the 300.

also 6psi out of a compressor that big is I guessing in a very poor area of the mapping. That turbo really needs to be doing about 12psi or more of work to really wake it up. the stock larger t3's on a 2.3L ford are only ran at 8psi and they are kinda doggy.....crank them up into the double digits and they wake up ALOT. You are barely even spooling the turbo. get some better tuning tools, a way retard timing and crank up that boost!
