I do run PCV off the back of the VC, but under boost that is sealed off.

Did you check the PCV valve to make sure it is indeed working as a check valve? A little tiny bit is normal, but too much leakage will cause massive blowby.

Yeah, I did check it when I installed it. If it is leaking, that would be new...
