im thinking of putting my 200 in my dodge 4x4 for the torque and stuff but want to nkow were to get adaptor plates or custom bell housings for this project

Make them yourself. The rules are: Engine must be angled at the same rate as the stock Mitsubishi(?, it is a later D50, right?). There is jusr enough space but you'll need a cross-flow radiator.

The engine mounts are better off being all ford, and getting adapted to the frame rails.

All swaps need a practical fit up with an engine to check it out. The stock Mitsubishi trans has the starter and bell all combinded together. Some 5-speed stickshifts. An adaptor could be made easily if you added a big 0.600 plate on the back, cut to the Mitsi engine block face. It could be done easily. The clutch would have to be specially machined from a stock one. An adaptor to the crank would have to be made from an old 200 flywheel, and then redrilled to suit. There are some very good Cat bolts which I use. The crank adaptor must be spaced out the same distance from the block adaptor as was the case in the Dodge.

I'll have a look at the bellhousing pattern sometime, but it won't be soon, sorry hombre.

Rod Hattfield in Aussie does adaptors (Castlemain Rod Shop, http://www.rodshop.com.au/transmissions.htm )

Nothing specific though.

Adapters can be made easily. I'm proof seeing as how I made them for a couple of years ;)

Any competent machinist can take pieces in hand and make them work together. The biggest considerations will be clutch disk and input shaft length. If the input shaft length on the tranny you want to use is too short to be able to use an adapter, then you will have to get real creative :)
