'62 Ranchero, working on correcting the rear pinion angle for the swapped in 8" from a Maverick. Cutting the angle correction into 2" drop blocks, 4 degree correction, running sedan arched springs.

Made some traction/slapper bars last week welded into the lower spring plates, correct length for the snubbers to hit at the front spring eyes, not back on the main leaf arch.

Spent all day chasing a low lift flow issue in an exhaust port.

You need these traction aids, better than slapper bars. Works under brakes as well as forward, cant drag on the ground.

Yea, they're pretty close to the ground with the 2" blocks and 13" rims, got a set of 14"s and will probably end up with a little taller tire, and 1" blocks.

I looked out at the typhoon of rain and took stock of my new 1-3/4” intake valves and my 1-15/32” exhaust valves. Made a note to install the new fuel pressure gauge on the next sunny day and told my 66 Mustang that it’s only 10 weeks until Spring.
