The Falcon six with OHC is very long, about 32" verses 27" or so. With the multipoint or central injection, it's very wide, and while the 156 cube engine is only 370 pounds or so, the OHC is about 530 pounds.
The drive shouldn't be too hard, but the front and back ends of the engine are all different, while the engine mount spacings differ. Most boat engines use block plates and any number of drive systems, so you'd be doing a custom swap for surewith the OHC. Fords aren't like Chevies, everything differs between Pommy, Yank, Aussie and Argie engines, enough to make it 'auck'ward.
