What kind of intake is this?

Based on the images seen in the video and the comments on the page below the video I'm guessing it's a Ford from Argentina with the Argentine head (sometimes called an "arggie head" here) and some kind of intake to go with that. The intake may be a stock Argentine intake or it may be an aftermarket intake for the Argentine head version of the Ford six.

The curved in 3-4 runners look to me like a Argie head.

The Argie head is comparable to the Aussie 250-2v.

IIRC Argies are still making the I6, the latest of which is the Stage 5 aluminum head which someone on here used to sell. The problem is the export fees have made it hard to get them imported at less than high prices.

The Argie head also has different oval exhaust ports so you cant use the stock headers which the US and Aussie 250-2v heads can share.

Given the export fees and the header compatibility issues it sounds like either an Aussie head or one of the new Classic Inlines heads might be the more sensible choice for most folks, eh?

But since we are discussing this here, are the intakes for the Argentine heads compatible with the Aussie heads and/or the new head from Classic inlines (he asks anticipating the answer "no")?

I want to say the Argie head was based off the Aussie head and trhe Argies even bought the Aussie tools and dies.

But the Argies have changed much and I dont know if the intakes will still interchange.

The exhaust ports were another weak point of the US and Aussie head. The Argie head has IIRC round exhaust ports and got rid of the siamesed center ports.

If you buy a Argie head they usually come with a cast iron dual out exhaust manifold thats supposed to looks pretty close to a shorty header.

The 221SP's cylinder head was created in 1973 year, and manufactured until 1982, more than less, and it's based on the original USA stock cylinder head from a 200 cid engine. Basically, is the same head with a removable intake manifold and different exhaust system.
Later, the 188 MAX ECONO cylinder head appears in 1989 year. "MAX ECONO" means MAXimum ECONOmy.
The 221SP's head flows much better than a 188 MAXECONO's head. But the MAXECONO's combustion chambers are better and had larger exhaust valves. This head only needs a good work of "porting" and it could be better than a 221SP head.

The 221SP had more modifications than just a cylinder head. It came with a Holley 2300 based two barrel carburetor, a different camshaft (a litle more agressive than stock, with 272 degrees of intake/exhaust permanence, with solid lifters) and a slightly modified distributor. And more mechanical improvements.
Here, in Argentina, the 188 and 221 cid engine had 7 main caps.

Sorry again by my english...

I salute you folks!!

For me is expensive!!!! :(
I don't know for you:

$2500 = U$D 800 (with intake manifold and headers)

$3200 = U$D 1025 (with intake manifold, headers and holley two barrel carburetor)

:) :)

Gosh, I would love to have that. Oh well, I don't speak Spanish and the shipping would probably be really high. Well thank you for the links and information v8masterplan
