I just lost a bid on an Eaton M90, AGAIN! :x Now I'm starting to wonder where to mount it on my truck (see sig) but yet still keep the AC and Powersteering. Anyone have any ideas, as I have no trouble fabbing brackets and can lay a mean weld with a stick welder.

I like the idea of the EFI intake...I'm not going to intercool it, YET. I was thinking of going EFI with a megasquirt, but from what I have read, I understand it's a batchfire system. I was planning on an injector for each cylinder. Evan (82F100swb) almost has me persuaded on a GM ECU, but I'm not sure.

Dude... don't screw with overpriced Ebay..

www.sccoa.com classifieds has them for 200-250.

Sorry, no help as where to mount it... :(

I ama member of sccoa.com and have a 90 SC Anniversary edition. I love this car!

I am interested in the eaton idea but what I want to know, is where would one get the plumming from the SC to the intake??? What is meant by draw through and blow through???

I would imagine that I could turn it upside down on an efi intake, but how would I mount a carb to that inlet in the back???? That would be some expensive fabricating...

It would be mighty envolved to pressurize the carb...

So in theory, one could cut a hole in an efi intake plenum, mount the m90 to said hole, and fab a carb adapter to the rear of the m90 with realatively little modification....

Would puddling be an issue in the stock plenum with an m90 also???

I can say that when I take the intercooler and tubes off of my supercoupe, that there is plenty of leftover sludge in the tubes and IC... the other SC guys say this is normal....

I have a freind with a spare M90 from a SC engine he had replaced years ago....I wonder if I can talk him out of it???
