Hello,
I have a 66' 200 from a mustang and a 4 speed SROD from a 80' fairmont with clutch, bell, flywheel, etc. I can't use my old (3-bolt) starter from my 170, so I'm wondering which car I should get a 2-bolt starter from.
The guy at Kragen's said there were a bunch of of 200 starters and many will not work with my block (flywheel position?). Must I get one from a 66' Mustang or a fairmont or are there more options? Thanks for any advice.
