Will this engine work with my transmission?

Hey,

I just finished disassembling a 68 200 engine that was equipped with a 3.03 3-speed trans.

Right now I have a 66 200 in my car with a C4 auto. Will the C4 I have right now bolt up to the 68 block?

Thanks, I was just concerned since it was a 3.03 trans that was hooked up to this engine, not a 2.73.
