D2DE 6015 AA block

Post #1 by Broncoholic » Wed Nov 06, 2019 1:19 am

I have someone saying this is a 200.it definitely is a low mount starter block which I don’t believe Ford made in the 200’s until the 80’s. Is this possible or is this jut a 250 block? Trying to get the seller to confirm if it is a 3 bolt or 4 bolt water pump. Thanks

welcome 'over here'. C U 'over there" occasionally.

frost plugs: 200 has 5, '80/3 hi mount starter (grey paint?), but that's D0 block.
250: 3/4 inch wider pan, 2 inch higher deck, the 4 bolts U mentioned, SBF bell mount-up.
We'll take either one when U rip it out...
