Spark plugs for 300 turbo

I've been following all the turbo builds and researching for about a year plus now for my build. I have most everything I need gathered up. One thing everybody says to do on a turbo engine is go down 1-2 heat range spark plug.... What are you guys running for plugs?

ran the oe plugs for a long time, torched out a set recently and went over to autolite 45's, keeping the gap tight too, seems happy around 0.035"
