144 Pistons

Hi All,

OK, I've been in a cave apparently for the last 30 years. Last time I did a small six was 1982 and pistons were easy to find. My dads Falcon 144 still purrs like a kitten. I guess they're obsolete now. I see some kits on ebay that are probably from offshore. Egge has .020 oversize but nothing larger for the meantime. I suspect mine will need to at least .040 since it was pretty worn, Rockauto lists nothing for 144 or 170 (I was thinking I could get a 170 crankshaft swapped in)...

Anybody have any laying around needing to sell? Thanks!

Thanks for the replies, Kanter says they have them in stock in all sizes, 32.00 each. He couldn't tell me the source or manufacturer if offshore.

I'll call machine shop and see if they've mic'd it and what size it needs to go.
