250 intakes

If you are speaking of a 250 log head, there are a couple of options. Installing an Offy 3x1 manifold (some of the guys here can point you in the right dirrection and where to buy), install a carb adapter, or milling the log and making your own carb adapters. Doug's site has a lot of good info on the later option. http://www.inlinepages.com/~inlinefever/inline_6_carburation.html

If your asking about the OZ 250-2V head, then the single 2V manifold is the only one available at the moment. It can be converted to a 4V, which has been done by a couple of our members. Or you can build your own 3x2V manifold.

Lynx in OZ use to make a few other manifolds, but they are no longer in production and are very hard to locate. Very expensive as well. One of our members is going to see about casting a few of the 3x1 manifolds if I can ever find the time to do some drawings for him.

8) Thanks for your reply...I was curious if there were other options for the 250 that did lend themselves well to the 200 log. The link you have has many very trick ideas there! Thanks, Ron

Mustang Geezer has some cool ideas for sure. I like the holley 2bbl mounted on the log trick that he has done on his stanger. If you have the skills and proper tools definitely try his ideas out, he has managed to squeeze 200hp from his motor. I have neither the tools and mechanical skills to pull it off though.
