Hi 66sprint6,
The Clifford adapter is the one to use. The Stovebolt is generic, so it doesn't lend itself to use on our cars without the heat exchanger under the stock carb. With the heat exchanger and the Stovebolt adapter the 5200 will set so high that you will have air cleaner issues (hood clearance). Take a look at the Tech page on the Forum home page, there is a good piece about this subject with some good pictures. I can send you some good pics of an installed set-up if you want to send me your email address. You will like this mod.
In noticed in your signature line that you are planning several mods over the next short while. I also notice you have already installed a Pertronix set-up. The 66 200I6 usually came with an Autolite 1100 carb. This carb has a spack port (valve) installed on the side of it to manage the vacuum advance distributor used on these cars. The 5200 will not support this distributor. So, you will need to convert to the dual advance type used in the 68-73 cars. The dual advance unit has both a mechanical and a vacuum advance system and will run with the 5200. Actually, all you need for the 5200 is the mechanical advance. The vac can be capped of at the carb and the distributor. When you purchase the dizzy be sure to ask you parts store to get you one with a 10* weight stop. They are available with several weight stop settings, but 10* is the one you want for your car. One other issue, the Pertronix unit that fits the original vacuum only dizzy may not fit the mechanical advance unit due to a difference in the rotor drive. The mechanical advance drive (68-73) is "C" shaped, i.e., it has a slot for the rotor to slip into. The drive on the vacuum dizzy is usually "D" shaped. So, to change the dizzy to the one you will need to run ANY of the carbs used to upgrade the I6 you may need to change the Pertronix unit.
Enjoy the trip - Steve
