you need a throttle body from a 85-87 ford 2.3l engine, found in tempo and a few other cars. And yes it is a 4-banger.
The injector(1) for this car is limited. There are zero aftermarket injectors for this throttlebody. There are, however, a few stock injector sizes, indicated by the color of the plastic top of the injector. I only know of green and blue, green being the biggest @700cc/min at 12.5psi. This works out great for the 200ci engine, almost like it was made for it...
Some other parts i used:
a fuel pump from summitracing

5/16 steel fuel tubing for the return line, from jegs.
a 0-30psi fuel pressure gauge

a megasquirt 1 v2.2 computer (the cheapest one, maybe not the best choice for others)

two gm temp sensors for coolant and intake air temps

a bosch 1-wire o2 sensor (If you have the money get a wideband o2 sensor!)

I think thats most of the Major things to buy, but there are Sooo many other little things you will need to get.
You will need to build your own throttle. Cable is a must. Also, it helps to have modify a motorcycle style throttle "cam" onto the tempo throttlebody. I think the throttle was one of the most difficult parts of this project.
No valve cover modifications needed on the stock cover, not sure about an aftermarket one.
For an air cleaner, i bought a 4 inch (i think) diameter ruber hose from napa that slides onto the "in" side of the throttlebody for a seal. I got an intake kit from a friend which was a 4 inch diameter aluminum tube with a bend in it with a air filter at the end. Cut and mangled the crap out of it and it fits!
The major problems i had are:
Uncontrollable fuel pressure - fuel pump to big for tempo efi
throttle linkage problem - binding problems, took three designs to finaly work.
injector flyback problem - injector wasnt staying open fully, had to add a resistor in-line and change some settings with the megasquirt to fix it.
