that is a very generous offer. lagrasta is lucky to have you as a friend. however, it would not be quite that simply. the combustion chambers in a later 200 head are about 62cc and the 170 head is about 49cc. so, in order to not lose quite a bit of compression the head would need to be milled before being installed.

Yeah man you coulda dropped it off at my house on a saturday morning and had it back saturday night with a higher flowin' head and a nice little tune up. =) I'm sorry I didn't get to it sooner bro!
