adjustable rockers and springs

Quick question (I hope):

I was wondering if the stock springs have the right specs to run the 1.6 adjustable rockers or the spring pressure has to be increased.
I know new push rods will be needed. Just wondering about the spring pressure and the rocker combo.

Yes you will need new pushrods to match the rocker arms.
For valve springs what cam are you running??
Just use the recommended springs for the camshaft you are running.

it's the stock cam. So the stock springs should work?
So just measure new push rods and drop the new ones in and bolt on the new rockers?

A set of 289 V8 spring works well got a stock cam

Do the seals have to change as well

Would be a good idea to check the spring height to see if have enough clearance between the retainer and top of the seal if you use are using a higher ratio rocker arm.
