what is the best way to remove the belt off of the alternator to replace because I have a fan built on the engine and how is that going to get out of the way??

If I understand you correctly there should be a top bolt on the bracket that you remove, and that lets the alternator drop to take tension off the belt. Then you just have to manuver it around the fan. If it is behind other belts then you will have to remove those belts first.
The fan should have 4 bolts that go through the fan and through an aluminum spacer that bolts to the front of the waterpump flange.
