While flushing the radiator this morning, I noticed a very large leak. It appears to be a hose that goes from the carburator to the water pump. I guess this is a return line of some sort because the heater hose that goes from the coil to the carburator is right next to it. The hose rests right against the manifold I think. Its hard to tell becuase the altenator bracket is right next to it, but I'm pretty sure that's the problem. It looks like it melted somewhat becuase it is pressed right against the manifold and that's where the water/antifreeze is dripping out of. I want to replace it of course...but is there a way I can keep the hose off the manifold or other hot parts? I'd like to see some pictures of how people have their's setup. I'll take a picture in a minute to show you what I mean if you can't figure out where I'm talking about.
