aussie head help

Hi all, I have a pal heading here from Australia soon, should I get him to drag a cross flow head to me ? I hope to use a crossflow on my 65 200 six in a roundbody. What head should I get him to look for, what year and model ? What carbs came on the cross flows ? 1V ? 2V? Will the whole mess fit under the hood of my 1960 falcon ? What does one pay in Australia for such a head ? are they common ? any advice ? Is this a good idea ?
I have lookied around a bit, seems like I can adapt my 200 block to use a crossflow head, seems like an alminum head is the way to go, I guess I need the head, intake, carb, and exhaust manifold, what else should I get ? And what about the 2v heads, sounds like they bolt on but I know nothing about them.

Call wreckers also. www.yellowpages.com.au use search words like "wreckers" "falcon" I forgot what others I used when I was on the hunt. You'll have your best chances in Vic, QLD and Sydney.
