Hello All, I've read that the 1100 came in 3 Venturi sizes over the years. How does one go about measuring the venturi size? Where exactly do you measure, and if it's at the most narrow part of the opening, how do you get in there to measure? Thanks

Make a go no go cage. Take a coat hanger cut it up bend a L at one end ,trim L until it just fits and measure with regular tools. May have to form it some and go from base side.

Mine is a SCV that had been used on a '63 170. I'm trying to find one that would best suit my '65 200.

FYI a '65 200 came with a 185 cfm rating and a 1.2" inner diameter. 170s have a 1.1" inner Dia. and a 156 cfm rating.

"Best suited"? what distributor are you going to use?

Adios, David
