Autolite 2100

Has anyone had any good experience with the 2BBL Autolite carb.? I'm looking to mount an adapter on the log and then put on a 2V.

Any suggestions? The only reason I was thinking about the Autolite is because it's pretty cheap at the autoparts store (100 bucks).

a 2100 is one of the best 2V carbs (if not the best) that Ford made. It is a tune it and forget it (unlike Holley's). YOu tune it up once and it is done.

Should bolt right up...but I don't have a lot of experience with it.

Also...check www.vintage-mustang.com for the carb.

There are usually some for sell there.
