Both need a flywheel, flywheel bolts, a pressure plate, a clutch disc, a manual starter. The T-5 needs a custom mount. Either case, expect to fit a new isolating rubber to your mount. I'm assuming your trans is an all-synchro 3-speeder. My experience has been that the clutch fork dust boots seem to often be missing or damaged - another spend...
You may need a different speedo cable depending on which side of the trans each one exits.
Choice of clutch actuation will affect costs. The standard setup for a three-speed is probably simplest and cheapest. A cable conversion with rollerised pedal bushes could be the dearest. You might need the clutch pedal and longer cross-shaft if the car presently has an auto pedal box.
Some people find the auto trans driveshaft fits fine, others need a longer
or shorter one for a T-5. Could be worth confirming the condition of your uni joints. Also, spring for a safety loop if you don't have one; in my opinion a smart move for any car, along with wearing seat belts.
The $50 three-speeder I got, will have cost about $600-$700 by installation. So, as you can see - it's not all in the trans!
