I hope that I'm not the only person on the forum that is totaly confuse by what cam to use with an upgrade. I'm going the 3 one bbl route, have already converted to a Duraspark II, and have the original gear ratio on the rear. I want better street performance, but want to be able to put it on the highway and do out of town shows without it sounding like the motor is wound too tight. Met a guy locally that used to have a 200 with the 3 X ! and said I should use a cam with the following specs. 435/450 lift and valve duration of 276-284. This dose not mesh with what I see on Mike's list of cams. Need advice.
