im going to be building a 200, im using flat top tempo pistons, zero decking the block, 78 farmiont head, looking for 10 to 1 comp, im trying to decide on what cam to get, im not doing any high rpm, as this is going in my rock crawling bronco, lets say 4k at the most, any suggestions?

Thinking basic engine building issues taken you want a cam that gives all the power below 4000, and tons of torque, then you pump up the CR to 10:1 you pumped the dynamic CR at the same time probably to levels that anything lower than race gas will keep the engine detonating to the short end of its life.

If you have 10:1 CR you could pick a cam with some 220-224 degrees of duration and get it to peak around 5500-5800rpm. With a ported E0 head, headers, Holley 2V carb, good ignition and the specs you wrote you'll get around 175fwhp and a torque curve flat from below 2000rpm to the high end.

Just do it, and gear the car to take advantage of it running up to higher rpm.
