Car starts but wont stay running

I put the one of the new 34ich weber carbs on today. The car will start as long as the choke is engaged. But once the choke is off it dies. Not sure which direction to go from here.

It is a 65 mustang with a C4 trany, 200 with a 1968 dual dizzy. It is set up for the tri-carb but i have the front and back holes blocked off.

That is for the idle? i thought that was to make sure the car does not diesal out. I thought i read that on this website some where. I might be wrong but maybe someone else can clear that up for us.

Big time Vacuum leak. Make sure that the "o" rings for each carb are sealing well between the offy and the intake log.
