Yes, if it is an autolite 1100. FYI if the '67 Mustang is a 200 (Most likely) the carb will be a 1.2" venturi 1100. It will be rated at 185 cfm. If you are replacing the carb on you '64 170 falcon, your stock carb has a venturi of 1.1 and a CFM rating of 150. You will notice a performance increase, and MPG shouldn't change much if you can keep your foot off the go pedal. Both carbs are SCV models that mate to the stock Load-O-Matic distributor.
