CI Head Torque Specs

What are the torque specs for intake manifold, water inlet and headers on the aluminum head? I know all the spec's are on CI site, but it wasn't clear about for cast or aluminum head. Aluminum is usually less.

8) for the intake use 25-30ft/lbs for the headers and the water inlet i just get them tight enough to prevent leaks.
