I paid 45 for mine.. and it had a crack... all other heads and durasparks were gone on all the inline 6es... I wouldnt mind having the car I got my parts from... 79 mustang with a 200, looked pretty nice but the yard doesnt sell whole cars...

I would be very interested in a complete head like AZ is speaking of. Any ideas on what you would charge? A rough idea of a price would do. I am not sure if I am going to keep my 3 carb set up or go to a direct mount holley.

AZ, did you pursue the idea of getting any D8 heads to machine and sell?
I paid $75 about two years ago to pull a 250 head from a '76 Granada. Somehow the carb and related parts found their way into the bottom of my tool box 
.... I hate when that happens 
. Due to the salt used on the roads here in Motown the older cars are very rare in the JY. It was about the oldest car in the JY then.
Can't remmeber what I paid for the machine work, but it was in the $250 range (cleaned, magnafluxed, valve job, guides, mill to 54 cc, etc)
