Draft tube on a 200?

I have a 144 in my Econoline right now, but plan to change over to a 200. I want to make the 200 look like the 144 as much as possible so can I remove the freeze plug off the side and install the draft tube in its place? I want to use the 144's valve cover and it is not made for the pcv.

Thanks,
David

You could also do the PVC valve into the end of the road draft tube and still keep the stock valve cover

I haven't looked. I thought all I had to do was pull out the freeze plug then press in the draft tube. Is there something internal in the engine that has to be modified?

Great! The last poser confused me a bit when asked if it was tapped for a draft tube.
I'm sorry, I didnt mean to confuse you. I thought there was a flange on the end of the tube where it bolted to the engine.
I didnt realize that it simply pushed into the hole where the expansion plug is.
