Have a stock 1967 200 with a dui and holley 350. Was wondering what you guys think I should run for timing. Car runs around 190-210 with a 160 thermostat in it.
For top performance your DUI needs to be custom curved to your application.
Just remember that if you keep advancing the initial you also have to limit the centrifugal advance & vacuum advance otherwise in extreme situations you could take out a piston from detonation. Bill
