I am very interested in switching to an electric fuel pump, but I would like some advice and tips first if any of you could pass some info on to me. Thanks.
dare I say "very little"? I can't say for sure, but any pump made for a car engine should suffice. I think it would only matter when running a really big hp engine.Thing2":tujz2nbz said:How much flow is needed for these pumps??

big block Chevy, or 289- 351 Windsor Ford.turbo_fairlane_200":3fwqzsn0 said:yeah about any SBF or BBC? plate will work. some of the EFI 2.3L motors had them from teh factory (no chrome though)
if you run a regulator I would go with one that can be setup for EFI or carb just in case (is just a spring swap)
a tank mounted pump also stays cooler.
