Seems as the replacement by the seller of the manifold still has a leaking issue. This bolt assembled seems a bit off. I am going to remove the A/C unit. In other motors there is not a nut on top. Anybody had this issue
A lot of us have issues with the exhaust fasteners. Broken off Exh bolts are sometimes 'fixed' by drilling out and using a bolt through it instead of the OEM threaded bore. Only works on the ends though, makes other bolts suspect also ...

They had a few issues getting out the other ones. Clearly did not do the job on the end one. two others were loose. I think he forgot to tighten them. I can handle it from this point.

Looks like the ear of the heads exhaust port flange is broken off. This is also a common problem when people don't take the time to really soak the exhaust bolts good with a penetrating oil like Free All or the many others. Next thing you know the bolts get broken off and or those two end flanges are broken off. Good luck
