Would it keep a 200 too cool to run it with a V8 radiator? Or would I just have to put a hotter thermostat in it to make up for the difference? It's a brand new radiator that I got free so I'm willing to do a little plumbing and an electric fan setup.
I also made some advancement, though I didn't get to work on it as much as I'd have liked.
The problems you may run into with a bent8 radiator is that the inlet/outlets on the six cylinder radiator are smaller then the bent8. Also they may not be on the correct side of the radiator. These are easily overcome with either some creative welding on the radiator or the artful use of some adapters to increase/reduce the size of the radiator hoses between the motor and the radiator.
You will have to get creative..don't worry about the thermostat.
