Well, wish me luck! I am just about to do some fuel pump tests and put in the bigger jets for the 100 shot. The 75 has done great for a LONG time and the six seems to love to eat lots of nitrous so I think it is time to step it up a little.

I am taking my car to the track this Tuesday to see what it will run. It will be the first time to run at the track with the 2300 converter and the nitrous so hopfully it will be a little faster then last time. I think it will be import night Tuesday  It should be fun!

Lookin forward to seeing some times with the nitrous!!

Have fun

Oh yea! We worked on it all day yesterday and fixed a lot of things on it. Got the 100 shot all fixed up and man it is GREAT, wired up the purge valve....psssss...psssssss, made a few little brackets for things, and almost had the MSD box on it but I guess I still need some help with how to wire it up with my ignition.

76maveric, The last time I was at the track was before I had nitrous and the 2300 converter and a few other little things. I ran like 10.20s at I think 67MPH(1/8 mile). That is REALLY SAD! It almost died off the line with the stock converter so I think it will be a lot faster just on the motor alone now. I am ready to go and see what it will do!

Doug, Yea I am looking foward to it also. It should be fun. The 100 shot RULES!!!

So what's up guys? How are you cars doing? I know you all have been working on them!

I am using a 350 Holley carb. I am not sure how much I have in the nitrous stuff. Now I have about everything you can get for a nitrous setup....bottle heater, purge valve, braided lines....ect. I guess would say around $450 to $500 in everything. I did get the "kit" used for $250 so that helps the price a little. You can check out my website to see some pics of most everything on my car.

Dan, you're have a 280H cam in your car right? You might wanna set up to the 500 cfm, and bolt it directly to the log....it's a great improvement. BTW got any new times for us ??????

Alex

Yea I have the 280 Clifford cam. I had the 500cfm for a long time till I found out that it was a little to much so then I bought a 350cfm.

I wish I had some new times for you guys. All I got is BAD news. We have been killed with very bad storms the past few days and are going to get more tonight. We have some damage to our house, my shop and several of my cars have been beaten up by hail. My 90 GT, 94 S10, 78, 80 Monzas, 84 T-Bird, and 84 Ranger all have BAD damage. I think my GT is the worst though. Man it just makes me sick! My 65 Mustang and 69 Chevelle where both in my shop so they made it out okay. I know it could have been a lot worse but I love all my cars and I can't stand it when they get messed up. And most of them are hurt BAD. Oh yea my insurance will not fix any of them. Oh well. Like I said it could have been much worse. Lots of people are dead or homeless because of the storms so I guess I should just shut up and be happy we are okay and still have a house. :(

sorry to hear that. all that happend to me and famly was no electeric for 4 hours but there was tornados in the town behined me and a cuple in front

that makes me wonder how my fairlane made it for 40 years without any storm damage in the midwest. it even spent a couple decades in fields.
