Going with a holly 350 2 barrel...I think? Advice?

Hey guys...I started this thread. I just wanted to add that the sideways mount thing made me decide not to do the 2 barrel swap. Not now at least. I also couldn't get a straight answer for what carb was best. The Clifford guys said the Holly 350 is complete crap. (I know they want to sell their set-up) ...but...the Weber seems to have the most problems with sideways mount? It is all just someones opinion...

I wish there was an adapter that would face the carb forward, not create height issues and allow for stock linkage! Yeah right! I know it is possible to create your own adapter and all. I'm just not that motivated...
