Fuel pressure needs to increase as boost increases. 10lbs. of boost, then the fuel pressure needs to be around 16psi. This assumes the "normal" N/A fuel pressure @ 6psi.
8.5:1 comp ratio will work fine for boost.
Just remember that it takes the proper amount of fuel, and the correct timing to work with any amount of boost.
