OK CAN'T WAIT FOR YOU TO GUESS.. arty:
I was standing out side last night scopping one of my projects when one of my neighbors came by and said "Would you like another motor for your Comet.."
I said "I guess what ya got.." ( I knew at one time he had about a 66 stang). and
he said " I got a 200 that has suposs to have had the head done and you can HAVE IT " He had sold the car and the guy was suposs to have come and got it but hasen't yet.... I was just concidering a 70 mav. head for the 170 but I think this is better YES . Its compleet from the fan throu the bell housing, and carb to pan...
I guess when I do the cluch on the 170 its going to be a trans plant arty: . I'm going to get it tonight and well get some numbers off of it and infor from him on it.. Where should I look for numbers block, head.

Thats what I thought as well 67chev.. So your close, well if ya see my truck (the one in my signature) give me a honk.. I drive it most everyday and there arn't very many of them around.. or the Comet.. I also work at one of the bussyes intersection in Boise... (Fairview and Cole) and my truck or car are always there street side...
On your 67 is that a bord out 283 ? Just woundering cause ford did make a 292 V8 in the eary 60's..
