head and block on 200

ok when i got my car the code on head is c5de-6090-a need to know were to find chart to read it. also motor was painted guy said was rebuilt his son did it. it ran good till melt down think valves went. anyway how do i now if the head on it has been milled and how much it had milled what was the org size of head. should i just check the cc on chambers to find out. was the 200 head from a 65 52cc? i think all they did mabye head rebuild and left botom end stock ripping apart this weekend to get more info? also what is good way to check if block has been decked?

any info would help..

Combustion chamber size in '65 was 52cc's. Not sure about deck height.
