are header bolts something i'll be able to find at the local parts house, or can i just use the stock exhaust manifold bolts? i'd like to put my headers on tomorrow and i'm hoping those bolts aren't something i'll have to order...

If I remember right I think the stock bolts were to long to use with the header due to a thinner flange.

You really do want a header bolt that can be retorqued, then locked in place somehow. Either Stage Eights or the split-lock type.

Most car performance stores have them. Look for ARP header stud/bolts for a 302 V-8. They fit perfect, and you'll have 2 left over in case you drop them.
