header bolts

ok so I need to get my turbo mani bolted up but there isn't enough clearance like I would like for a standard sized head hex bolt. so I was planning on maybe a set of header bolts from mike but was wondering how long they are? will they have enough reach for going into the head and through about a 3/8" flange?

What about header studs?

studs could work but I need a small head on the nuts. a standard head fits in there but just barely rubs when tightening it. I will prob get it bolted up for now and work on a better solution for later (I just want this running)

Header bolts (stock, stage 8, or the Breslins) should be one inch for a 3/8 flange.
