Headers 65 mustang

Need help guys I have a 6 cylinder 65 mustang convertible right hand drive. Does anyone know of any headers/extractors that will work with out interference with the RHD steering box? Thank you

home made’n custom.
I use cast iron out of the plumbing trades. Mostly the elbows
(assist a fella do turbo intakes, other plumbing) with ‘smooth'
pipe (no flanges, bosses, threaded sections, other BS on ‘em).

OZ or “Down Under” as that country is RHD - 4 that matter aint
England close? Some stangs made it there. No country-men (o0OP “Folk”)
U can chat with re: this? Glad ur not in Germany - I hear there they allow NO
customizing NO Way... (unless a metal sculpture, no driving) GL!

Hey! I’ve got a ‘65 Mustang with a six-cylinder engine too (though mine’s LHD). Finding headers for the RHD model can be tricky because of that steering box clearance issue, but you’re not alone—others have had similar struggles.

One option is to look into custom-made headers specifically for RHD Mustangs. I’ve seen a few folks go that route, working with exhaust shops to fabricate something that fits around the steering box.

If you’re set on something off the shelf, you might want to check with Australian suppliers or forums, as RHD Mustangs are more common there. Companies like Pacemaker or Castle Headers have been recommended in the past. They might have something that fits or can be easily modified.

Good luck! Let me know what you end up finding.:)
