I have my head at the machine shop. The checked the valve seats and said a couple of the exhaust valves aren't seating very well. They suggested replacing them. They said the guides all look good and the intake valves are seating perfectly and are in good shape.
I need a set of stock exhaust valves for the head. Really, I probably could get away with a pair of them if that's all I could come by. Anyone have a suggestion besides getting them from an OZ retailer and paying crazy amounts for shipping and the time delay issue?
I JUST put new springs and retainers in so I defnitely don't want to change valve style like to a set of 5/16 SI valves. I don't want to have to replace the guides.
Any other outlet for stock exhaust valves:
11/32
1.388" head
.3416" stem
4.278 length
.2244 tip
or bigger valves that will work wouldn't be bad, right?
