Holley 350 or 500 cfm?

Im looking to buy a new carb, for my pretty much stock 200 I6. im planning on doing a performance rebuild including aussie heads, duel outlet headers and a new distributor, but for now im just buying the carb
does anyone know which one i should get?

If its stock definitley stick with the 350. It will probably have more gas speed as well.
