hooker headers leaking - band clamp in 1.5"?

i have a set of hooker headers installed on my 200. as they come in two parts, the point where the pipe of the 4th cylinder is put together started leaking. i tried to clamp it together but wasn't able to get it completely sealed.

did anybody else run into the same problems? does anyone know of a source where i can find band clamps with 1.5" diameter? i have only been able to find clamps in 2", but no smaller.

I asked a a similar question about band clams a few months ago, here. Answer:

To adapt the 2" to the 1.75 pipe you can get an sleeve adapter and applicable clamp at a local Auto-Zoo type vendor for a few bucks.

I called my local store and found they were indeed well stocked with varying sizes of sleeve adapters. I was also advised not to confuse inside diameter with outside diameter.

i dont' think i'll be able to fit 2" in place - all other pipes of the header are awfully close...
