sad to say but this gas mileage queen is up for sale in the f/s section. thanks to all that participated. seems like 20.5 is the best it will do.

I learned a lot about the 6 cyl . I have sold the car back to the original owner. Things I would like to have finished, manual steering,the older exhaust manifold, and the a/c repaired. I guess I'm too used to the creature comforts.
For the simple mods I did , they were a great choice and not expensive.the alum v/c was just a bonus. I never did get to make a road trip, so the best mileage was 20 plus around town. It has been a good experience. quite a few people viewing it also. back to the dragster. :arrow:
