I’m having an issue with hot soak flooding in my 200 I’ve adjusted the float from 1-3/32 to 1-1/4 and cleaned it well it is a new needle and seat. I put in a 3/4 inch phenolic spacer and the carb stays nice and cool. I put in a gauge and it doesn’t get over 4 psi ( though I did only have it on there for a couple stops in town then took it out) I just wrapped my fuel line from the pump up to the carb with tin foil to keep heat away hopefully it helps. Oh and my hard starts don’t happen all the time it is only once every 15 starts or so. If I can smell gas in the cab I know it will crank for a while before starting this is in an econoline so the engine sits between the front seats hence why I can smell gas more
